Abstract :
The paper introduces the LED (Light Emitting Diode) chip electrode positioning and automatic measurement system that based on machine vision technology. The system is to use vision sensors to image incoming LED chip to the PC (Personal Computer), Processing of these images, in order to find the position of the LED chip electrode, then the electrode position feedback to the servo control system, by controlling the servo motor to achieve precise position of the LED chip electrode, and then light chip electrode to analysis the LED chip light-color parameters.
