Abstract
In practice, it is difficult to construct the accurate mathematical model of the Buck converter due to its unmodeled dynamics. When the Buck converter arises chaos for some circuit parameters, it does not run well. This paper uses an active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) technique, which does not depend on the accurate mathematical model, to control chaos in the Buck converter. The ADRC technique estimates and compensates for the unmodeled dynamics of the Buck converter through treating these unmodeled dynamics as disturbances. Moreover, chaotic state of the Buck converter is controlled to the constant fast by choosing the ADRC´s parameters appropriately.
