Abstract
The sheet extrusion process exhibits unstable behavior at high draw ratios. An earlier study by the authors (1997) used a nonlinear model to study the draw resonance phenomenon. This nonlinear model is used to design a stabilizing controller at draw ratios higher than the critical draw ratio
