After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE\´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

From the perspective of "human", this study focuses on the feeling of people in a certain region about the waterfront environment, by combining with theories in landscape architecture, environmental psychology and other interdisciplines, in view of present situation of waterfront landscapes in the Yellow River Scenic Area of Zhengzhou City, tries to find new approaches for waterfront landscape design and development based on landscape design principles and exploration of the human\´s nature of loving water and the interaction between tourists and waterfront landscapes.
