Abstract :
Here we have successfully synthesized patterned W18O49 nanowire arrays in large scale by lift-off way, which has described in our report also to this conference. In order to remove the aluminum oxide layer, the sample was put into the phosphoric acid with a concentration of 60 % (volume ratio). The treatment time in 90°C water bath was usually about 4 hours. The treated and untreated tungsten oxide nanowire arrays were characterized by field-emission type scanning electron microscope (SEM: FEI-Quanta 400 F), X-ray diffraction (XRD: D/max-3A). Raman spectroscopy (RS: Renishaw in Via) is further used to distinguish their phase structures.
