Abstract
The paper describes the problem of high stablity and low phase noise of a millimeter wave source by use of a phase locked loop. The phase noise of a MM-wave PLL source is L(1kHz)<-75 dBc/Hz, when carrier is 92.7 GHz. Spurious is lower than -55 dBc and the output power is higher than 10 dBm
