Abstract :
The preparation of microwave sintered graphite/diamond and carbon nanotubes/diamond composite are discussed in this article. Morphology of the nanocomposites are studied using high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Results on stable emission current measurement are done after electrical conditioning.
