Abstract
This work presents a methodology for optimal design of CMOS OTA, through an automatic sizing tool, where the entire formulation is based on the Advanced Compact MOSFET (ACM) model. Since this model describes the device behavior in the whole inversion regime of operation, the proposed methodology provides more reliable prediction of circuit performance and allows optimization in a much more extended design space.
