Abstract :
This article reviews analysis and survey of choosing method for CMOS implementation of high performance ADC. As a result an implementation method in which ADC is based on parametric phase quantizers was chosen. Using this method it is expected to obtain 0.18 μm CMOS 10-bit 1-GHz ADC.
