Abstract :
To meet the complexity and the need of multi-type collaborative work in the railway accident rescue process, a railway rescue crane simulation training system (RRCS) is designed to meet the needs of training railway rescue crane drivers for skill upgrading. A "crane-rope-load" kinetics model is built based on the PhysX physical engine by utilizing a hinge mechanical model. A real-time visual simulation of the electrical and hydraulic control logic model is designed and implemented by referring to the technical routes of AMESim and other system modeling software. The assisted multi-type collaborative work simulation is divided to two parts, including automatic path finding and working, and an A* algorithm simulation technique and an animation simulation technique are utilized to complete the assisted work simulation. On the basis of the previous researches, the system software and the three-dimensional visual system are developed to finally implement the RRCS.
