Abstract :
Reticulated shell of China University of petroleum gymnasium is in complexity of stress, to ensure the safety, stress and vertical displacements of key members and nodes of the reticulated shell were monitored before and after unloading. In this paper, monitoring system and layout of measuring points were introduced, and monitoring results were arranged and analyzed Monitoring results showed that stress and vertical displacements were all in the allowable range, so the gymnasium was in normal operation. Monitoring data also provides bases for mechanical properties study and design theory consummation of reticulated shells.
