Abstract
This paper is concerned with the problem of applying fuzzy theory and analytic hierarchy process in bilingual education assessment and analysis. By the triangular fuzzy number theory, a bilingual education assessment model is developed. Based on this model, we can get the bilingual education assessment rating, and by analysis the estimation results, we can develop a scheme to guide the decision-makers to improve the bilingual education rating. Furthermore, the numerical example is given to show the effectiveness of the proposed theorems.
