  • Abstract
    Supergiant water resources and hydropower projects are facing serious security situation and problems in our country. At the same time, it exposed some problems in safety management. Therefore, the paper study on the safety information flow model aimed supergiant water resources and hydropower projects and put forward the three-dimensional feedback closed type safety information flow model. The model will help improve the safety capability of water resources and hydropower projects, and can reduce the occurrence of safety accidents. The model can improve the level of disaster prevention and control, the practical and promotional values are very strong.
