Abstract
One of the most important functions of newly-built local universities is serving for the local economy. With the large enrollment of university, the number of graduates, especially in local universities, is increasing rapidly, which put much pressure on the employment. Starting businesses would be an approach for graduates to be self-employed in this situation. So the education pattern and the approach for entrepreneurship are studied in this paper, aiming at promoting the education of innovative talents with the ability to start their own business.
