Power interruptions-key figures and filtering of statistical data

This paper addresses several topics regarding the Norwegian power quality strategy. It gives a brief presentation of the FASIT system, how calculation and reporting of key figures based on the registrations are carried out, and a presentation of preliminary results from the first year with reported key figures (1995). The problem of large standard deviations in reported key figures from one year to another is also addressed in the paper. Finally, the last section outlines the Norwegian power quality strategy (status and future aims/plans).
