  • Abstract
A lot of time will be taken by the debugging and modification of the control algorithm deployed to the actual DCS in the complex factory environment. The actual object model of the boiler drum level control system can be simulated by Simulink. The DMC predictive control algorithm can be realized in the DCS by the CFC programming method. The communication with the DCS and Matlab can be implemented successfully via OPC, and the united simulation method can greatly shorten the cycle of the algorithm validation. The results show that the method has good effect in practice.
