Abstract :
This text applies clustering method and group sampling theories in the 107th national road safety study. According to the road accident of many years, we use accident as sampling labeling and make use of clustering method to divide the road into several layers. Last black spot in the 107th national road determined by the theories of the optimum distribution method. After we apply this method in the practice. This method of technological rationality and reliability are proved to be effective. And it is a certain application value for the modification of the dangerous roads.
