e-Business schema in Grid environment

Lacking in finance and technology in small companies leads to the slow development of e-business. Grid, as the next generation of Internet, is to eliminate the isolated information island and to support a rapid and cheap information shared platform. Therefore, business processes can be redesigned with grid technology to reduce the cost of e-Business activities between different small companies. This paper aims to analyze these issues of e-business in small enterprises firstly, elaborate the basic concepts of grid technology, then propose the e-business schema in grid environment, and finally give an application scenario.
