  • Abstract
This work presents a study and analysis of several models to represent the aggregate behavior of electric loads. Initially, the paper indicates some of the most important load models already presented in the literature. After this, with the use of field measurements, it is identified the model from those that is more representative to aggregate the load behavior. The method used to identify the load model parameters is based on the curve fitting process. Numerical results illustrate the methodology used here to identify the aggregate load model through the development based on field measurements.
