Researh on the talent cultivating scheme of software engineering referring to western mode

The rapid economical development as well as the economic globalization put forward new requests for the application-orientated talent cultivation. Zhejiang University of Science and Technology deepen teaching reform of software engineering specialty referring to high-quality educational resources and advanced educational philosophy of western countries. Take ability as the guidance, propose cultivate plan and curriculum teaching reform goal that is ldquooptimized foundation, strengthened abilityrdquo, and comprehensively revise the training plan and the curriculum outline. Introduce ability-oriented teaching method reform, ability-oriented practice teaching reform and ability-oriented evaluation system reform in detail. Practice shows that these reforms are effective to application-oriented talents cultivation.
