Abstract :
In this paper, a pulse vaccination and pulse destroying (or isolation) SIS model is proposed for integrated logistic type population dynamics and periodic infection rate beta(t). The dynamical behavior of the model is analyzed. The basic reproductive number R0 is defined. It is proved that the infection-free periodic solution is globally stable if R0<1. The infection-free periodic solution is unstable when R0>1.
