Abstract :
Information technology competency (ITC) is the important ability for college students pursuing career development, but current course design and training method could not meet needs of obtaining ICT and information technology (IT) learning capability. Based on learning theory and TAM Theory, this paper will introduce advanced training model of ITC for college students. By using real life problem-solving strategy of IT such as Internet, introduced training model could help students obtain analysis capacity and problem solving ability associated with IT. It also could greatly enhance their interest in IT, IT continuing learning ability and comprehensive capability of applying the knowledge into their career development. Validity of this training model is verified by an E-commerce Contest.
