Abstract :
Interdigital dielectrometry technology provides means for non-destructive measurement of various physical properties in the bulk of insulating materials. Results of continuing work on the refinement of this technology are presented. A close match of theoretical results and experimental values is achieved with a sensor designed to minimize non-ideal effects. Optimization of the sensor design and parameter estimation algorithms is performed by studying the influence of various geometric parameters on the sensor´s response
