Abstract :
Two types of ultra-wideband (UWB) antennas with triple band-notches are proposed. The antennas consist of an elliptical patch and split ring slots on the patch, complementary electromagnetic band gap (CEBG) at the both sides of the feed line and ring on the ground. Stable gain and quasi omnidirectional radiation patterns are showed. They can be used in the UWB communication systems.
