Abstract
Using the Bridgman technique zinc selenide crystals have been grown spectral-kinetic and scintillation characteristics of zinc selenide crystals containing isovalent dopants have been studied. It is established that on the base of ZnSe crystals, efficient scintillator-Si-PIN-photodiode (S-Si-PIN-PD) detectors of charge particle can be developed
