Abstract :
Risk management is an eternal topic in financial domain. In the foundation of analysis financial risk management business, this article proposed the component development model based on component-oriented technology. This model can resolve questions of component´s internal structure and organization, guarantee good functional division of responsibilities and separation of concerns, guarantee that component has good scalability, as well as on-demand capabilities. The rating model service management component is used to realize the management of financial risk domain dynamically and assemble the developed component, which can recognize and manage the risk effectively, reduce and guard against credit risk, realize effective knowledge accumulation and rapid construction, adapt change and promote the capability of risk management.
