Abstract :
This paper introduces chip shape and classification, analyzing the feasibility of chip prediction using neural networks. It presents the theory and method of monitoring and controlling the chip by a multilayer backpropagation (BP) learning rule. The multilayer BP is a new learning algorithm that is based on the optimization of the BP weights matrix. Finally, the test system results of monitoring and control are given
