Abstract :
In this paper, MLM based on radial basis functions (MLM-RBF), which is widely applied to solve partial differential equations, is used to solve two dimensional (2D) Poisson equation of the static electric field irregular problem by taking advantage of MLM node random distribution. Three different node distribution schemes for problem boundaries are discussed. Natural conformal node distribution of the RBF-MLM is more easily implemented and computed more accurate field distribution in problem domain. Finally, example of the coaxial line with two circle boundaries is done by RBF-MLM with natural conformal node distribution.
