Abstract :
Based on the geomorphologic features and land use, the universal soil loss equation (USLE) and simple method were used to calculate and estimate the non-point source pollution from Nanchang University campus separately. The results show: the amount of soil erosion is 1352.161 t/yr, the quantity of silt entering the lake is 270 t/yr, and the chemical loads of TSS, TP, TN were 115.17 t/yr, 0.27 t/yr, 1.25 t/yr for roads, and 61.36 t/yr, 0.64 t/yr, 4.55 t/yr for grassed land separately. Filed monitoring and analysis shows, paved roads are the major source of non point source pollution.
