Abstract :
A new-style and high efficient heating system used in building-the crude carbon fiber wire electric heating plate is proposed. Five different kinds of electric heating system are tested and the research results indicate, with the same power, same circumstance and same consumption of electricity, the crude carbon fiber wire electric heating plate gets warmest and consumes the least time, compared to the others, the average saving energy of which comes to 4.5~12.6%. Moreover, by comparison research on comprehensive technical standards of water heating system, electric cable heating system and crude carbon fiber wire electric heating plate system, the obvious advantages of the crude carbon fiber wire electric heating plate system is that the installing of the system is convenient, the heating is very high efficient, the taking-up of headroom is very small, the adaptability to the circumstance is well, and the life is long, etc. All of these denote that the crude carbon fiber wire electric heating plate adapts the demands of the contemporary society, the prospect of whic is cheerful.
