Abstract :
This paper put forward a new kind method of middle and small container wharf operative plan, based upon actual demand of container port, reference available storage space operative plan. The keystone research is storage space planning method of accepting container scheme and receiving container scheme. The analysis of storage space´ s data base indicate the method taking nicer allocation effect, concentrating stockpiling of cargotainer of identical bill of lading favor storage space´ s successor activity. The reversing container rate and shift of equipment is reduced, in particular the waiting time of crane bridge in shipment is reduced, the handling speed is increased.
