Abstract
Design and simulation of frequency adaptive controller for induction heating power supply is raised in this paper. When the load characteristics of power supply are changed, the controller can automatically track and lock the frequency of the load, so that the inverter circuit is kept in a resonant state. In order to achieve wide frequency range and high accuracy, the control system applies DSP devices as the control CPU, and FUZZY as well as DPLL control as dual controller strategy. Simulation in MATLAB has been carried out whose result shows that the control method proposed in this paper has better performance than the traditional ones.
