Abstract
IPv6 protocol is a new generation communication protocol of the Internet. The development of IPv6 in China is of particular significance due to the deficient IPv4 addresses and massive population. The realization of the transition from IPv4 to IPv6 is a key problem that shall be solved during the development process of IPv6. The quality course construction is an important part of the teaching construction and reform of the school. This paper has pointed out the importance of the construction of quality course information platform as well as the conditions of IPv6, characteristics of the storage technology, and network application. With the combination of the specific development practice, the application technologies, functions and realized effects of the quality course sharing information management platform based on IPv6 technology are introduced.
