Abstract
The aim of present study is to investigate and analyzed the thermal properties of TiO2 composite material, by using the comparison method of pin fin heat exchanger. The thermal properties of TiO2 composite material can easily been find out by pin fin heat exchanger. Here it is used the plane copper material to coat the TiO2 composite material because of the good thermal conductivity of the copper. In the present paper we are going to compare the plane iron rod for pin fin heat exchanger with the extended surface of the TiO2 composite material in pin fin heat exchanger. By analyzing and evaluating the thermal properties of TiO2 composite material it is developed the material of good thermal conductivity and higher thermo mechanical properties of material for the manufacturing the pin fin heat exchanger.
