  • Abstract
    EPC is a new mode in construction industry. By traditional risk management, the EPC contractor usually makes strategies in response to risk based on the risk assessment of analytic hierarchy process, which is its traditional risk management. But, AHP may lead to inaccurate results because it still can´t reflect the consistency of human thinking style precisely. Thereof, this paper builds the model of risk assessment based on F-AHP theory in value of the above-mentioned deficiency, with the aim of EPC contractor making risk assessment and strategy-making more accurately.
