Abstract
In this work, nonlinear computer aided design (CAD) techniques have been developed to stabilize the operating band of regenerative frequency dividers and to reduce the settling time of the divided solution, while maintaining the original features in terms of output frequency or power. The techniques have been applied to a hybrid divider with 5GHz input frequency
