Abstract :
The timeliness of Barreled Drinking Water distribution, which involves both pickups and deliveries, is required severely. Taking time windows and pickups and deliveries Constraints into consideration at the same time, the traditional VRP model is reformed and replenished to the time windows constraints VRPSDP mathematical model, and the Genetic algorithms is improved, referring to partially matched crossover method. The solving strategy of Barreled Drinking Water distribution VRPSDP is proposed and the experimental results show that it can solve the problem of VRP in Barreled Drinking Water Company.
