Abstract
By using a proper transformation of state variables, a steady-state analysis for the fourth-order high-frequency LLCC-type parallel resonant power converter (PRC-LLCC) operating in the continuous conduction mode is presented. The method makes use of the two-dimensional state-plane diagram which has been used successfully to analyze resonant converters of lower order. Based on this analysis, a set of control characteristic curves have been derived from which a comparison between this converter and the conventional PRC is presented. The theoretical results are verified by computer simulations
