Abstract :
Using GIS(Geographic Information System), GPS(Global Positioning System), GPRS(General Packet Radio Service), Systems engineering theory and Optimization techniques, the digital integrated system of mining production and management in open pit has been designed and developed. Based on the production process design in open pit, the system not only automatically generate the production plan of ore blending, but also achieve the production intelligent dispatch of trucks and shovels, automatic statistics to the number of ore traffic and real-time monitoring of production data. Experiments on real scenes show that this system´s performance is stable and can satisfy the request in open pit.
