Construction of informal learning environment model based on SNS

The article combines SNS and informal learning for the first time, it first describes informal learning based on SNS, then proposes four organization forms of informal learning, and tries to construct an SNS-based informal learning environment model according to the function of a variety social network software as well as the information transmission process, finally, it reveals an example which takes Blog as the center to provide integration guidance for people, we hope that our research can promote learners learn through SNS-based environment effectively and link daily work and life to learning consciously.
