  • Abstract
    If gangues are stacked for a long term, it can not only occupy and destroy large areas of land, but also cause serious damage on ecological environment and natural landscape. The production of wall material by coal gangues is one of the effective ways to achieve gangue resource utilization and building energy conservation. The production process of gangue sintered blind hole block from block design, raw materials and recipe to manufacturing technique is introduced in details in this paper. In addition, it makes a detailed analysis on economic efficiency. A new process of semi-dried once setting burning based on hydraulic extruding is proposed in this paper. Compared with traditional technology, the strength of block products made by using the technology can reach to MU10, the yield is more than 98%, energy saving rate is about 20% and production cost is reduced RMB0.15 per normal block. Therefore, it is a new wall material, which can be widely applied.
