  • Abstract
Wave turbines can be of a self-starting or nonself-starting type. To obtain controlled power generation, an AC voltage controller-fed induction machine is used. The excitation and energy saving characteristics of this electrical generating system are analyzed with both self-starting and nonself-starting turbines
