  • Abstract
    To accurately calculate the reliability (e.g., unavailability) of the power supply for information and communication technology systems, we developed a system, which uses field data on disturbances (such as blackouts and voltage sags) and device failures throughout Japan. I outline the features and usefulness of this tool.
