Abstract
In this paper, three methods, the optimized approximate method, the cube grid projection method and the regular polyhedron projection method, used to calculate orientations and weights for micro-plane constitutive model were introduced. The orientation uniformity, efficiency and practicality of these methods were discussed and evaluated, and some practical suggestions were proposed.
