After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

This article takes the west part of Nanjing Qinhuai River for instance. In the concept level, to discuss the way to combine of landscape awareness with traditional street space and to explore a new way to combine culture with nature; On the whole creation, to discuss the control skill of restore original texture as a main approach, to adapt the function of modern city by adjusting vertical volume and integrating internal space; In the cultural level, to discriminate historical architecture in different quality and to mine non-material heritage; On the architectural methods, to substitute uniqueness with diversity and to construct abundance changes with multi-development.
