Abstract
In this paper, a cascaded small-size Delta-Sigma DAC with an analog FIR filter including the mismatch shaping function is proposed in order to relax the specification of the continuous-time LPF for a reconstruction filter and components mismatch. The mismatch shaping function can be realized by only a few switches, which drastically reduce the hardware size of the mismatch shaping function. In addition, the degradation caused by the gain mismatch between first and second stage of the cascaded Delta-Sigma DAC (CDS-DAC) can be reduce by proposed technique
