Abstract :
As the diversity and differences of Web browser and browsing habits, that many Web client effect is inconsistent with the Web designer´s design objective of the layout. Even it affected the readability and the overall layout aesthetics of the Web. By combining the use of multiple layout techniques, the design has made the improvement in view of the present popular CSS Web Layout mode, and provided the practical Elastic - Fluid mixing web Layout pattern.
