Abstract
Results of investigation of characteristics of the oxide-confined vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser structure including carrier diffusion processes, dynamical and transparent cavity modes are presented. The obtained results allow one to optimise the laser device properties by manipulation of the mode spectrum
