After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Aiming at the problems of knowledge workers´ efficiency, this paper expounds the definitions of knowledge workers and their efficiency. A model is formulated centered on knowledge workers´ efficiency and the influence factors of their efficiency by analyzing the knowledge work and the influencing factors about their efficiencies, describing the variables of the influencing factors about their efficiency, using computer curve fitting methods. This model provides dynamic and quantitative research methods for enterprises to improve their management on the knowledge workers.
