Abstract :
By using the new model, this paper introduces three factors (Grievance, Logos and Deterrent that influence) that influence the human action to construct a threshold function of behavior to determine people´s rule of action. Through analyzing, the weight of the three introduced factors in different phases of a Mass Violence Event (MVE) can be obtained. By running simulation, the three typical phenomena of a MVE can be reproduced and the varying curves of the three factors can be depicted, through which some effective guidance will be provided for the police authority in handling MVE to achieve good results.
